1. The service
IPTVXpert provides access to an IPTV subscription for the duration you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). The subscription starts when your login details are delivered.
Free 24-hour test
You can request one free 24-hour test before buying. It gives full access for 24 hours from delivery and is limited to one test per person, email address and household. We may refuse or cancel tests that break this rule.
2. Orders and delivery
After payment is confirmed, your login details are sent to the email address you entered at checkout and are available in your account. Please check your spam folder if you do not see them, or contact us on live chat.
3. Personal use
Your subscription is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share or publicly broadcast your login, and you are responsible for keeping it private.
4. Content and availability
The selection of channels and on-demand content can change over time. We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and occasional maintenance or outages may happen. Picture quality depends on your device and internet connection.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having a compatible device, a stable internet connection and a suitable player app, and for using the service in line with the laws of the country you are in.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or end a subscription without refund if it is shared, resold, used by too many devices at once or used for fraud.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are paid once per order. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
